Did you know that most private investigators are ex police officers, allowing them access to many government databases and even very private information?

This means they can access information that most civilians can’t. However, most of the information private investigators seek out and find is public information. Texas is a big state so you can imagine that there are a lot of public records on a lot of people.

You can find out criminal background information, tax lien information, and you can even search for death, birth and marriage certificates.

Click Here To Search Any Record You’re Looking For In 1 Minute!

With all of this information at your fingertips, anyone can become their own private investigator and they never have to hide in the bushes or conduct stake outs all night in their cars.

Your First Case

Let’s assume that someone stole your cell phone. You have an idea who took it but you can’t prove it. Suddenly you pull up your phone bill online and you see that there are some calls made by this person. You call that number and the person actually answers.

You can glean just a little information over the phone by disguising your voice or pretending to be someone else and then you can take that information to the Texas public records office and you can search through there. Let’s say you only have a first name and a phone number.

Sometimes, you can do a reverse phone search to find an address. Or you might be able to get a birth date and then search birth records to find the culprit’s real name. These are all great ideas on how you can become your own private investigator all by only using Texas public records.

Many Uses

If you’re in the need of information for whatever reason; maybe you’re interviewing for a job and you want to check to see that your applicants are being honest with you; maybe you are dating someone and want to see if they’re really not married; or maybe you just want to check to see if the house you’re living in has had any major repairs in the last few years.

These are all things you can find by checking Texas public records. There are many more uses, of course, just know that those records are there for you free of charge whenever you need them. And you won’t have to hire a P.I. because you’ll become your very own private investigator just by searching this information.

What sorts of things can you find from requesting information from Mecklenburg county public records? You can find driver’s information on people, you can find birth and death and even marriage certificates, you can find criminal backgrounds and you can often even find lean and credit information as long as it’s not protected by a lawsuit.

The reasons for doing a search of the Mecklenburg county public records include people conducting job applicant background checks, people who want to check on a potential mate to see if they’re honest and respectable and it can even be used to research your family’s genealogy.

Click Here To Search Any Record You’re Looking For In 1 Minute!

With so many reasons to request information from the Mecklenburg county public records, you should definitely know how to make such a query.

Writing A Letter

To make a request for Mecklenburg county public records, you should write the department of records in that county for the information that you seek. You must insert your name, the information you see, the reason for why you seek it as well as where the information can be sent.

That’s it. Once you send off the letter, you can only wait for the information to arrive in your mailbox, in your email box or however else you have chosen to have the information sent to you. If you don’t hear back from anyone in a week or two, send a follow up letter requesting the information from the Mecklenburg county public records.

You can also make a phone call asking what happened to your original letter. You never know, the public records office may be backed up or the post office may have misplaced your letter.

Searchable Databases And Libraries

You may be able to do a search of Mecklenburg county public records yourself without making a query letter. Some offices of public records allow you to search through their databases and to use their library to search for whatever you want. This is often preferable to most people since they don’t have to tell anyone what they’re looking for or why.

However, if you’re going to take any information with you, or make copies of public records and such, you may be asked to show what you took just so that no laws are broken.

It may seem odd that a lot of this information counts as public record but you have to realize that the most important information, that is the information that can be truly incriminating, is often hid from public view. The information you can get from the Mecklenburg county public records office is often the same you’d get if you did an internet search or asked the local townspeople what they knew about the person.

Like other state’s public records offices, the Illinois public records office contains much of the same information. It is the place to go to obtain the usual public records, such as birth and death certificates which are needed in many different legal and educational situations.

In addition, the Illinois public records office deals with adoption information, which is very important to adoptive families and also children who are looking for their birth parents.

Click Here To Search Any Record You’re Looking For In 1 Minute!

IARMIE

The IARMIE stands for the Illinois Adoption Registry and Medical Information Exchange and is found through the Illinois public records office. It is a program that gives the birth parent the option to release or withhold her name from public record so that the child may or may not find her, depending on her wishes.
There has to be mutual consent for adoption information to be released, even if it is going the opposite way, where the birth mother is looking for her child. The adoptive parents must agree to release this information to the mother, and if they do not agree, then the mother does not get the information.

IARMIE also supplies vital medical information about the birth parent or parents to the adoptive child and family in an anonymous way, so that the child can have a complete medical history even though he is adopted. However, the information is only available if the parties agree to release it, since medical information is private between the doctors and patients.

Other Records

The Illinois public records office also provides the means to order a birth certificate for the first time, which is usually done in the hospital soon after birth. There is also a means to order a copy of a birth certificate either online, in the mail, by fax or in person. If a birth certificate needs correction, there is also a means to do that. They even provide a Commemorative Birth Certificate for those parents who want one.

In addition, there is help in doing genealogical research in the Illinois public records office, so that children can trace their heritage as far back as the records go, which is usually only through the early 1900′s when record keeping became more standardized. They provide birth certificates needed for travel, as well as information about establishing paternity and what to do about gender reassignment in regards to the birth certificate.

Although death records can be found in the Illinois public records office, they are not in actuality a ‘public record’ in its purest sense. Death records are only available to the people who have a direct interest in the deceased, either through property, debt, insurance, etc.

public records searches are made by people seeking information that is kept on file and is available to anyone. These searches might be made for a variety of reasons, and there are many free sites and resources today that make finding the information much more easily than in the past.

public records were really not kept until the 1900′s, so it is difficult to find information that is older than that. public records are kept for the most part by states, counties and cities; although there are also federal public records for certain things such as FBI’s most wanted fugitives, federal candidate information, and other federal government related information such as Congressional records or the Supreme Court’s rulings.

Click Here To Search Any Record You’re Looking For In 1 Minute!

State Information

The same information can be found in any state, such as Arizona. Arizona public records allow people to access genealogy information, burial records, birth records, adoption records and sex offender information. There is also property information, such as ownership of property that is also available.

Arizona public records contain the 1864 census information of the territory of Arizona, which are probably some of the oldest records that have been kept on file. All records can be obtained through the main office in Phoenix, although some records can be obtained in various counties.

Birth certificate copies take a written request form from Arizona public records office. The request has to be notarized or have a copy of picture identification in order to be processed.

There is also a fee, usually right around fifteen dollars to cover processing and mailing the copy of the birth certificate. The Arizona public records office has these records from July of 1909, and has abstracts of records that were filed before that date in certain counties.

Death certificates are obtained in much the same way as birth certificates, requiring picture identification or notarization for the request to be processed. The cost of a death certificate is usually less, running about ten dollars instead of fifteen.

Marriage and divorce certificates are not obtained through the state of Arizona public records office but instead through the county where the marriage or divorce was granted. These records are obtained through the Clerk of Superior Court in that particular county. Copies of divorce records can be obtained for approximately fifteen dollars and marriage certificates’ cost varies from county to county.

In addition to records, Arizona public records also allows users to search by zip code so that a person can see how many sex offenders live in their neighborhood, or in a neighborhood where they are contemplating on moving, thus allowing safety precautions to be taken for the individuals and their children.

There is a public records office for every state, county and federal organization in which information that is available to the public can be accessed. This information has only been accurately stored since the beginning of the 1900′s. There is some information available before that time, but there is no guarantee that it will be found or if it is in decent condition.

public records offices are vital for people trying to put together their genealogies, especially for people who have adoption running somewhere in their histories.

Government Records

State public records offices are the most often used to find information. These offices hold such things as birth and death certificates, which are the basis of many other legal dealings. Without such records, students could not be enrolled in school, passports cannot be obtained, and other legal proceedings cannot be accomplished.

In addition, these offices have record of adoption proceedings that occurred within the state. This is especially important for children who are looking for their birth parents, or who are trying to form a comprehensive genealogy.

In addition, an individual can search the state database by zip code and find out whether a sex offender lives in their neighborhood. Most state public records offices also supply maps marking the specific locations of these offenders so that individuals can take the appropriate precautions or choose not to move into a certain area if the list shows too many sex offenders living in that area.

County public records offices contain other specific and vital information. Marriage certificates can be obtained from the clerk’s office in the appropriate county. Divorce certificates can also be obtained in the same way.

County public records offices also keep records of liens and judgments against properties, sales of properties, as well as branding of livestock information in some states. In addition, when a person changes his name, that information is also held in the county office.

Federal public records offices are divided up by the branch. Branches that handle crime, such as the FBI or the US Marshall’s office post their most wanted fugitives lists. There are also public records that give information about organized crime statistics, federal prison inmates either presently incarcerated or in the past, as well as missing children.

The Congressional branches each have their own public records offices, as well as the Supreme Court, to keep track of the laws and rulings that have been handed down by each of these federal agencies.
