There are many different forms of available, including a long form, a short form and other less common forms. Each contains different information and is made up of its own format. The form you choose will depend on how you plan on using your birth record.
A long form can also be known as a book copy, a certified photocopy and a Photostat copy. A long form offers an exact picture copy of the original birth certificate that was presented to the parents when their child was born. Information listed on the long form includes the birth date and birth place as well as information about the parents and doctor. The long form will also contain the doctor’s signature as well as the signature of one of the child’s parents. It’s likely that in the future, these long form records will be the primary birth records and will be put in to a database, called an Electronic Birth Registration System, so that they’re easier to access. Standard & Poor’s lowered by three degrees the credit rating of Greece – the category of speculative or “junk” (high risk debt). Earlier on Tuesday the agency drop by two degrees and credit rating of Portugal. Lowering the rating means Athens will pay more interest on their loans if they decide to come back the debt markets. Decrease is the result of the revised estimate of the political, economic and budgetary challenges facing the Greek Government in its efforts to curb debt crisis, said an analyst at Standard & Poor Marco Mrashnik.

Angelic Visitations are Associated with Jesus’ Birth!

While every child’s birth is special, they are not normally announced by angels.  Yet the Gospels record no less than six (6) angelic visitations linked with the birth and infancy of Jesus!   Read more . . . .
Jesus was special indeed.  Here is were the Angels announced Jesus’ birth:

The angel Gabriel; an archangel, the most powerful of angels, foretold the birth of John the Baptist.  The Old Testament predicted that God would send a messenger like Elijah to his people just before the Messiah appeared (Malachi 4: 5-6).  Gabriel appeared to a priest named Zechariah and announced he would have a son named John who would fulfill this prophecy.

2.  The angel Gabriel appeared to a young virgin named Mary and announced she would have a child who would be the Messiah and also the Son of the Most High.

3.  The angel Gabriel appeared to Joseph, who was betrothed to Mary, and told him that Mary’s child was the Son of God the Holy Spirit.  The angel told Joseph to name the child Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.

4.  The night Jesus was born, a host of angels appeared to shepherds in fields near Bethlehem, announcing that “there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord” (Luke 2:11)

5.  Later, an angel warned Joseph to leave Bethlehem and take his son to Egypt ( Matthew 2:13).

6.  Still later, another angel told Joseph it was safe to return to his Jewish homeland ( Matthew 2: 19-21 ).

Hit the “continue” button to proceed with your criminal background check.

Input the person’s name and decide how many limits you want to impose on the search. If you are doing an employee criminal background check and the employee will be driving your car, you may want to check traffic records, too. (Don’t check the “Exact match on last name” box unless it is a really common name. Some people like to change their names slightly by adding an “e” or using a slightly different spelling.)

Hit the search button. Ideally, you’ll get a result that says, “Sorry, but your search did not match any records.” or will just get a result for a small traffic violation. If you get a whole page of results, you’ll want to check to be sure they are for the right person by looking at the birth date and description in each record. Remember, sometimes the records are not completely accurate. Birth dates may by incomplete or the race may be left as Caucasian, which seems to be the default.
